Our products are stored in France, in the Paris region.
Do you provide tracking/tracking information on the
product?

Some items are missing from my order,
does it pass?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us
an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: nuki.dream.shop@gmail.com and we
send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
Where are you located?
We do not have a physical store at the moment but
we plan to open a pop-up store in Paris and also to participate in events such as the Japan Expo or the Paris Manga. We look forward to meeting you.

so much time?
