Deadlines: 30 days after the date of receipt of the planned package to make the request

Deadlines: 30 days after the date of receipt of the expected package to make the request

Conditions to respect:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To know :
If the deadline is not respected, any request cannot be completed, however you can receive a reduction coupon by contacting us. So, do not hesitate to contact us even if the deadline has passed.

To return a product, you must send it by post by Colissimo. Please send a message by e-mail to obtain the sending address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
